Minor Renovation

Kitchen Renovation - Princess Anne Manor
The clients were looking to update their kitchen, provide additional storage and make the layout as efficient as possible. They wanted to open it up to the dining room but without losing the formality of that room. In order to maximize the available space for cabinetry an existing door was closed off.
A beam, column and concrete footing were installed to replace the bearing wall removed between the kitchen and the dining room. A stone topped island, hardwood flooring and panelled & glass cabinet doors lend a formality to the new combined space.
