One-Day Redecoration

Using a proven method, we’ll completely transform a room in your home, using only what you already have. It takes two to three hours and you’ll be learning about architecture, space planning and composition the whole time. We’ll tackle furniture placement, artwork, lighting and accessories, leaving you with a new room and an understanding of how we created it.

Hourly Consultations

There can be many reasons for an hour or so of design consulting time. Often clients are unsure about how to get started on a project. They know what they want the end result to look like but aren’t sure how to get there. Sometimes it’s a new home or time for new furniture or paint colours and there seem to be too many options. Perhaps you’ve completed a project and it hasn’t quite come together the way you’d hoped. An hour with a professional can give you the clear vision you need to get your project started or the final touches to pull it together at the end.


Pre-Purchase Feasibility Inspection

When purchasing a new home it’s often with the thought of renovating in the near future. In an hour I can review your potential home, discuss your requirements and ideas and advise on feasibility issues.

Renovation Planning & Design

Before jumping into a renovation project, an hour of design consultation can help you to understand your options, ensuring that you project improves your space and adds value and beauty to your home in the most economical way possible.

Preparation of Construction Drawings

I can prepare full sets of drawings for renovations, additions and new homes.

Committee of Adjustment Application

When minor variances to the zoning by-laws are necessary, I can provide the information, drawings and paperwork required.

Building Permit Submission

I am registered as a Designer with the Ontario Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing, allowing me to prepare and submit the documentation necessary to secure your building permit.

Site Review and Contract Management

Negotiating with contractors can be daunting. I can help you to evaluate contractors, review their bids and work with them during construction. Site-based decisions can be made more quickly and more confidently, keeping your project on track.
